2. Delivery
Orders will usually be processed on the next working day and sent first class (1-5 working days) where possible. If this is not possible, we will contact you with delivery information and the option to cancel your order. In the event that your order is ‘out of stock’ or if we are unable to process your order or obtain authorisation for your payment, we will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you, or to change the prices of any products, at any time. Sleepycozy will not be liable to you for any delay caused by third parties that are beyond our control, e.g. as a result of a postal strike or delay. The customer must read the descriptions of each product in order to be aware of all details relating to the product. You should inspect the products on arrival and check that everything specified in your order is included. We will assume that you have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem, or you cancel your order in accordance with your cancellation right and / or you return the goods in accordance with our return’s policy. If you fail to do this, we will not be obliged to accept your rejection of the goods at a later date.
3. Returns and refunds
Please email us, sales@sleepycozy.com, within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your order otherwise we will not be able to refund/exchange your item. We will not be able to refund an item that is damaged after receipt or not returned in the same condition as it was received by you. We can not refund return shipping charges, but will fully refund the cost of the item to the same account used to make the original purchase.

In general, this website contains material which is owned by or licensed to Sleepycozy Ltd. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction of this material is prohibited other than in accordance with our copyright notice.
